SubStation Studio is a professional recording facility, located in the 1850 Housatonic Railroad Station in Housatonic, MA.
We specialize in the creation of soundtracks and custom songs for film as well as the production of Singer/Songwriter and Pop/Rock projects. Robby Baier's extensive combined experience as a professional major label recording artist, award winning songwriter, seasoned recording engineer, producer and multi-instrumentalist bring a high level of professionalism and talent to your project. Rates
Rates are $60/hour, $200 minimum. Special bulk rates available.
Rates include engineering, producing, writing and musicianship and cd media (not duplication, just demos and masters).
Writing credit is to be worked out before writing starts.
Note: An average CD production requires about 20-30 gigs of hard drive space to properly store your project after it is completed. We recommend that you include a fire wire hard drive ($100) in your budget (unless you already have one). For smaller projects we provide the hard drive space for free.
